Online:
Searchable database of mental health and community services www.omhi.org.uk.

Telephone Information Line:
Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm except public holidays 01865 247788.

In person:
At various sites across the county - call to enquire.

In print:
The Mind Guide to Mental Health Services - email us to obtain a copy.
