Housing Projects

1. The Houses Project
This service offers staffed support during office hours and is based in Oxford City. There are four shared houses which house five or six people each and one house, Micklewood, is for women only. These services offer a high level of support and usually help people who wish to maintain their independence after tenancy or health breakdown.

2. The Visiting Team

The Satellites - This service offers low to medium level visiting support to service users living in smaller units such as two-bedded houses and single-person flats which are run by Oxfordshire Mind. Service users in 'satellite' accommodation are preparing to move on to independent accommodation and have often come from the Houses Project.

Temple Cowley - This service offers high level visiting support to service users living in smaller units in Oxford which we also manage. The service is for people who have complex mental health needs including drug or alcohol issues, or a history of tenancy breakdown. Most service users are referred from the local Assertive Outreach team.
