How do I apply?

Alternatively you can write to us or email us and we will send you a copy. We can also fill in an application for you over the phone.
 
Please fill in the form as fully as possible. Please state on the form whether you have a preference for one particular house.

Appealing a decision
If you apply for a place with our services but you are not offered one, you can appeal against the decision by contacting John White, Head of Housing Services, on 01865 263745, within 28 days of receiving the decision.
