There are 5 separate elements or 'steps' in the Wellbeing Service:

  triangle-1 Main

Public Mental
Wellbeing
Improvement
Our work in the community such as talks and awareness events. Contact us if you would like to involve your place of work, community group, college or university.
Information & Options
Information is available over the phone (01865 247788), online and in person. See the timetables for 'Information and Options' sessions across the county.
Short Courses
Courses may be therapeutic, or relate to life skills such as money management, managing your mental health or communication skills, or in activities such as creative arts, ICT skills or physical exercise.
Peer Support Groups
Recovery-focused support groups in safe, welcoming environments facilitated by trained staff. Groups are open to anyone unless otherwise stated (some groups are designed for e,g, BME communities, students, women, men or people with particular mental health needs such as severe and enduring mental illness).
Recovery Planning
An opportunity for individuals to discuss, plan and work on their personal goals.
