Oxfordshire Mind has teamed up with West Oxfordshire District Council and Activate to run 10 sessions on badminton - all welcome.

Yoga
This course is run by a trained yoga instructor and will introduce the basics of yoga, including stances and movements for beginners – no previous experience is required. Each session will be interactive, dynamic and will feel like exercise. The course is open to anyone aged over 16 and is open to mixed abilities, people can engage with the exercises at a level that is comfortable for them and are encouraged not to overstretch or push themselves.
