 Short Courses are one element of the Mind Wellbeing Service and can provide you with tools to look after your mental wellbeing, and skills to help you get the most out of life. There is a wide range of courses on offer, categorised by wither health needs, wellbeing, arts & crafts, physical health or practical skills. 

All Short Courses are free of charge and open to adults aged 16 and above (unless otherwise stated). All courses require participants to book a place. To book a place, please call the number given with the course information.

Creative Arts
e.g. art, crafts, music, dance, writing, theatre
 

Particular Health Needs

e.g. hearing voices,
managing anxiety/ depression, self esteem, paranoia
 
Practical Skills
e.g. IT, cooking

 
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy based

Physical Health
e.g. sports, walking, yoga
