peer support

Skip Navigation Linkshome > our services > peer support

Our peer support groups are a safe, welcoming space to share activities, issues or thoughts and to meet people who may have experienced similar issues.

Groups may be specifically for men, women, parents, young people, people with shared beliefs, ethnicity or sexuality, they may be geographically based, or they may focus around an activity such as art, sports, music, walking, cooking etc.

Groups take place in many locations around the county - please click here for an up-to-date list of groups and times.
