 Peer Support Groups offer a safe, welcoming space to share activities, issues or thoughts and to meet people who may have experiences similar issues. Groups may be specifically for: men, women, parents, young adults; people with shared beliefs, ethnicity or sexuality; they may be geographically based; or they may focus around an activity such as art, sports, music, walking, cooking etc.
