The Mind Anxiety Management Group was the first time anyone had ever taught me a way of coping with my anxiety so that I felt I had actual methods to fight the overwhelming emotions.

General Information

Oxfordshire Mind has many years of experience in running cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based groups to help people learn to cope with anxiety or depression, build self-esteem or learn assertiveness techniques.

The CBT Groups are part of the TalkingSpace service provided by Mind in partnership with Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.
