What is 'Information and Options'?

Information and Options sessions take place across Oxfordshire, and are an opportunity to sit down with one of our Wellbeing Service workers, who can:

  • Discuss what services are available to support you or your friend or family member (both within Oxfordshire Mind and other organisations)
  • Inform you about Oxfordshire Mind's services and book you into courses, groups or recovery planning sessions
  • Listen to you and help you decide what to do

Sessions are confidential and there is no obligation to receive any further support through Oxfordshire Mind. We are here to help you decide what is best for you.

Who can attend Information and Options sessions?

Information and options is open to anyone wanting information and support around mental health. If you're worried about your own mental health, this can be a good place to start getting help. It can also be useful for carers or anyone who is worried about the mental health of someone they know.

How do I attend one?

Most of our Information and Options sessions are available on a drop-in basis, so you can just come along during the times they are running. However, you're welcome to call us to make an appointment if you feel more comfortable doing that. Click here to view all times and venues to find your nearest session or call our Information Line on 01865 247788 (9.30-4.30, Mon-Fri).
